Established in 1995 as a Syrian family-owned enterprise headquartered in Khartoum, Sudan, our journey has been marked by a relentless pursuit of excellence and a commitment to shaping communities for the better.
With a diverse portfolio spanning construction, contracting, oil, ranching, import, steel and Iron sheets export, we have played a pivotal role in leveraging Syria’s strategic location to foster economic growth and prosperity across borders. In 2010, we solidified our presence in Sudan under the name Al Rwid Construction and Contracting, focusing on competitively-priced real estate ventures that contribute to Sudan’s burgeoning economy.
Our legacy is etched in the skyline of Khartoum and Khartoum North, where our portfolio boasts a plethora of high-quality residential, commercial, and mixed-use properties. From towering skyscrapers to sprawling developments, each project reflects our unwavering commitment to excellence and attention to detail. With 11 self-financed tower projects and an additional 4 executed ventures totaling over 88,000 square meters, our track record speaks volumes about our dedication to delivering within budget and exceeding expectations.
In January 2023, we embarked on a new chapter of our journey with our first foray into the Rwandan real estate scene. Recognizing the untapped potential and vibrant opportunities in Kigali, we set out to explore the business landscape with a keen eye for innovation and growth. After thorough research and consultations, we were captivated by the prospects Rwanda had to offer – from its robust security infrastructure to its conducive investment climate.
In the spirit of expansion and exploration, we made the bold decision to invest in a commercially established area in Gacuriro, laying the foundation for our flagship project: Alrwid Diamond. With construction commencing in September, our goal is clear: to transfer our wealth of experience and expertise from Sudan to Rwanda, while setting new standards of excellence in the Kigali real estate market.
